Services
Inclusive Housing Resources is dedicated to providing an array of housing services for people with disabilities, their families, and their caregivers. Providing accessible housing opportunities in neighborhoods throughout Hamilton, Bulter, and Clermont counties is the core of our mission. Additionally, we have programs to provide renovations and modifications to existing homes for those in need across all three of our service counties; as well as a housing locator resource for residents in Butler County.
Affordable Housing
Inclusive Housing Resources owns and manages more than 150 units of housing devoted to helping those with disabilities find a place they can call home. These units range from single-family to multi-unit apartment communities.
Accessibility Renovations
Many of our homes are specifically modified to accommodate those with mobility impairments. However, we also work with tenants and their families to provide modifications or renovations that may be required on a case-by-case basis.
Housing Locator Services
(Butler County Only)
Through our contract with Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities, we accept referrals to assist people served by BCBDD in finding rental housing in the private market.
