How can I rent a home and/or an ‘apartment from Inclusive Housing Resources (IHR)?
IHR accepts direct referrals from the Hamilton County, Butler County, and Clermont County Board of Developmental Disability Services. If you are interested in becoming an IHR resident, please contact your SSA for a housing referral.
Where are IHR homes located?
IHR properties are located throughout Hamilton, Butler, and Clermont counties.
Do I need rental insurance?
IHR strongly recommends that each tenant purchase rental insurance.
Do you accept HUD Housing Choice Vouchers or other housing subsidies?
Yes.
Where do I send my rent payments?
Inclusive Housing Resources, 11150 Woodward Ln, Cincinnati, OH 45241.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, please contact the management office to set up online payments.
What is IHR’s smoking policy?
IHR does NOT permit smoking in your home or garage. If you choose to smoke, you must smoke outside 20’ away from any door or window or in a designated smoking area. You must properly dispose of your cigarette butts in an appropriate container.
Can my girlfriend or boyfriend live with me?
No one else can live in the house except for the people who have a signed lease.
What is your pet policy?
Pets are permitted with some size and type restrictions, if all roommates consent to the pet and a deposit is paid. However all service or companion animal covered under the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504”), the Fair Housing Act, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA), the Air Carrier Access Act of 1986, the Ohio Revised Code, and the Ohio Administrative Code” and/or a licensed professional.
