Property Management Experience
Since 1992, partnerships for housing and the housing network of Hamilton County have provided high-quality, affordable, and accessible housing to individuals with disabilities. As of the time of their merger, over 120 sites and over 150 units are funded by a variety of sources, including the Ohio Department of development disabilities (community capital assistance funds), the National Housing Trust fund, local home funds, and federal Home loan banks affordable housing program funds. IHR consistently maintains strong compliance with funder requirements.
