Affordable Housing
Inclusive Housing Resources owns and manages 160 units of housing devoted to helping those with disabilities find a place they can call home. These units range from single-family to multi-unit apartment communities.
We provide a home that gives a level of independence to those with a disability. Individual tenants are responsible for coordinating their support services through their local county Board of Developmental Disabilities.
IHR is responsible for repairs and general upkeep of our properties. We are able to keep rents affordable through our partnerships with County Boards.
Application Process
IHR only accepts applications through Hamilton County, Butler County, and Clermont County Board of Developmentally Disabled Services referrrals. You must be associated with one of these programs and have a SSA to qualify for housing through IHR.
